General Questions

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped. Confirmation will be sentvia e-mail.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express cards.

What happens when I submit my order?
When your order is received, we will send you an e-mail confirmation. Your order will normally be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. We'll notify you by e-mail when your order ships and if any items are sold out or on back order.

How to Order

  • To place an order, click "Add to Cart" after selecting any product.
  • Adding an item to your order is as simple as selecting another item and simply clicking "Add to Cart."
  • Changing or canceling an order is easy. Simply click on "View Cart" and click on "Remove" beside the item that you want removed. This will remove that item from "Your Cart".
  • Simply click "Checkout Now" when finished shopping and ready to make your purchase.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order ships, it may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the UPS web site.

If your order appears late, remember:

  • Credit card approval must be received prior to processing. Only credit cards issued by US banks are accepted for payment.
    Packages are shipped Tuesday through Friday, excluding holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Week of July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Orders placed on holidays are processed the next business day following the holiday.
  • All orders placed after 2:00 pm Eastern Time are processed the following day. All orders placed after 11:00 am Eastern Time on Friday are processed the next business day, usually on Tuesday.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged on certain orders where state law requires DonnysWesternStore.com to collect and remit sales tax. Some states also require that sales tax be charged for shipping and handling. If sales tax is applicable to your purchase, it will appear on the payment page that you complete before you finalize your purchase.

Free Shipping

Free shipping will be provided via Standard UPS Ground shipping on qualifying orders, including footwear orders and all other orders with a $75.00 minimum purchase, excluding applicable sales tax. If a shipping charge applies, the charge will appear at checkout. Free UPS Ground shipping applies to the original order only.
